Milestone in Healthcare Innovation
The acquisition of the latest computed tomography system is another step towards technological innovation and excellence in clinical practice.
This advancement in low-dose technology offers the safest patient care with reduced radiation. It also provides the highest level of image quality. With patient safety a priority, the new CT system ensures that patients receive safe and quality care.
The unmatched image clarity and precision of the uCT 780 make it a valuable tool for physicians to accurately diagnose a wide range of conditions, from complex cancers to cardiovascular diseases. With faster scanning times, the system provides a more comfortable experience for patients while allowing clinicians to detect even the smallest of abnormalities. Not only does it allow for precise coronary heart disease examination, but the 160-slice CT also improves accuracy in diagnoses of other departments like respiratory, urology, internal medicine, and orthopedics. It has rich high-end application schemes for the whole body, taking into account both critically ill patients and patients with comprehensive diseases. The uCT 780 indications for CT examinations include Central Nervous System diseases, head and neck conditions, circulatory system disorders, Genitourinary Disorder such as stone analysis, cystic neoplasm, CT perfusion imaging, and low-dose chest CT examinations.
For more than 130 years, CGHMC has been on a mission to offer comprehensive medical care, keeping abreast of the revolutionary innovations in the medical field by constantly upgrading its equipment and introducing new procedures. The hospital continues to invest in state-of-the-art technology in order to provide the best options and latest treatments for patients.
