Construction is moving along at a frenetic pace, with the CGHMC Garden Suites slated for completion by the second quarter of 2026.
This newest addition within the CGHMC premises will feature 14 floors, plus two levels of basement parking designed to accommodate up to 330 vehicles.
The building will house a total of 187 patient rooms, including an executive floor with 10 spacious rooms (each 50 square meters) complete with a family area, and a Presidential Suite–Patient Room that includes a loft for added comfort.
Here’s a floor-by-floor preview of what’s to come:
- Ground Floor: Radiation Oncology, Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, and a commercial space for sit-down dining options
- 2nd Floor: Institute of Urology, Medical Oncology, Outpatient Heart Station, Laboratory, and the OR Complex Extension
- 3rd Floor: The Heart Institute
- 4th Floor: The Endoscopy and Digestive Institute, Institute of Pulmonary Medicine, and an additional Medical ICU
- 5th Floor: Breast Center, Infertility and Stem Cell Center, Wellness Center
- 6th Floor: Eye Center, Neurology Center
