rehabilitation more accessible.<\/p><p>A 3-year-old boy with bilateral congenital profound sensorineural hearing loss was given a chance to hear his parents&#8217; voices, enjoy the sounds around him, and developmentally keep up with his normal-hearing peers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b0e9fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" at Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center last January 9, 2026.<\/p><p>This was made possible through special assistance from the City of Manila through Mayor Francisco \u201cIsko\u201d Domagoso A &#8220;refer&#8221; result prompts further testing through Auditory Brainstem Response for diagnosis. Once diagnosed, patients undergo hearing rehabilitation.
