Personnel competency and awareness were completely demonstrated during audit interview and discussion. The SOCOTEC auditors were impressed with the overall improvements in facilities and services as well as the awareness of the personnel to their respective processes and Quality Management System.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-82c38e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"82c38e6\" ISO Quality Management The recertification intends to review the level of performance, system and process efficiency as well as the quality of service it provides to its patients and the community.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0652867 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0652867\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The audit was concluded with message of appreciation from the hospital\u2019s President and CEO, Mr. Kelly Sia.\u00a0 The auditing team recommended an immediate re-certification of CGHMC with validity until 2025 following successful 2024 and 2025 Surveillance
